In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to OukitelMobile.com in order for us to send out a new piece.
5. What should I do if my products went wrong after a period of use?

I had one before which broke internally when it got blew off the table outside in strong winds. I loved the phone so much that I actually ordered another one as opposed to what else was available on the internet. Definitely recommend this phone if you can get one. It seems technology has moved on and this model is no longer available 🙁
